How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data strictly for legitimate business and matchmaking purposes, including:

- Subscription Processing: Processing membership upgrades securely via authorized payment channels like Razorpay.

Account & Data Deletion Policy
In full compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policies, we respect your right to request complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
You can delete your account and wipe all stored profile data instantly using either of the following methods:
Option A: In-App Instant Self-Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Milan Setu app on your Android device.
- Go to the Settings tab located in the navigation menu.
- Tap on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm your decision. Your profile, photos, chat history, and personal information will be permanently deleted immediately from our active database.
Option B: Web or Email Request
If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can send an account deletion request email to admin@rishteymatch.in with your registered Mobile Number and Email Address. Our admin team will verify and permanently purge your data within 48 hours.
Data Security & Retention
We implement robust physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All network communications are encrypted using HTTPS / SSL (256-bit encryption standard). Sensitive credentials such as passwords are encrypted using secure salted cryptographic algorithms.
Data Retention: We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers, photos, and match preferences are purged from production servers.
Children's Privacy Notice (18+ Only)
Our app Milan Setu is strictly designed for adults who are legally eligible for marriage in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has created an account, we will immediately delete the profile and associated data from our servers.
